Yes, the Thule TracONE w/Cantilever # TH27000XT-EX is extremely easy to install/remove. The first installation will take a bit more time because you have to tighten the bolts on the crossbars to the bases. After that, you are absolutely correct in saying that you simply tighten the knobs on the c-clamps to install and remove. I went ahead and linked a video to this response that shows you how easy the tightening/removal process is. The process starts at timestamp 2:04. view full answer...

According to my research, the 1996 F250 7.3l engine should have a E40D transmission. There are two different ways of confirming this.
First, you can check the sticker on the driver's side door jamb. You will see the letters TR or TRANS, followed by a letter. If the letter is E, you have the E40D transmission. Secondly, you can check the number of bolts holding the transmission pan on. If there's 20 bolts, it's a E40D.
The Derale # D14208 is indeed compatible with the E40D transmission. view full answer...

If you are going to do a dual friction sway control setup on your trailer you'd have to have two tabs welded to your ball mount with the part # 3442 and you'd be set. There isn't a different solution that does not require welding. view full answer...
I believe you are referring to the L-brackets for the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035, which are the only Reese brackets that fit your 1993 Ford F-250 or F-350 (RBW products have been discontinued for quite some time).
If those are the brackets you need, they do come separately. What you need is:

The Erickson Heavy-Duty Anchors # EM01003 are universal fit items and designed to fit most Chevy, GMC, Dodge, Ford and Toyota pickups. I am sending a video link to the installation of the anchors being installed on a 2005 Ford F-150. view full answer...
In order to determine what size drop you need will you to measure two things, the height of the coupler on the trailer and the height of the hitch.
To measure the coupler height, you will measure from the ground to the bottom edge of the coupler. Do this on level ground with the trailer level. On the truck, you will measure from the ground to the top of the receiver opening, again with truck level on level ground.
If the truck is taller, then you will need a drop equal to the difference.... view full answer...
We haven't had the opportunity to obtain video footage of the # 31310 front mounted hitch install, but given the to-scale diagram I've provided from the installation instructions, once the hitch is installed the top of the receiver tube will sit about one inch below the underside of the bumper. This would put the underside of the receiver about 4 inches below the underside of the bumper. So, to see how much ground clearance you'll have just measure the distance from the underside of the... view full answer...

The MagnaFlow 5 Inch Exhaust Tip - Stainless, Clamp-On for 3-1/2 Inch Tailpipe, part # MF35213, is a universal fit item. The exhaust tip will clamp-on to 3-1/2 inch tailpipe. You will need to measure the outer diameter of your tailpipe to see if it will fit your Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel.
The exhaust tip # MF35213 is 14-1/2 inches in length, so you will want to measure on your vehicle where it would clamp onto the tailpipe to see if there will be room for it to fit correctly.

We do have a Class IV trailer hitch receiver from Curt, part # C14082, that is confirmed to fit a 1996 Ford F-250/350 Cab and Chassis style frame. I spoke with my contact over at RoadActive Suspension. He said not to use it on front leaf springs because there are so many other moving parts at the front end and they do not test them or rate them for use at the front.
If your truck is 4-wheel drive there is another option for adjustable suspension enhancement. You could use Firestone air bags # F2223. It also costs less that the active suspension system. view full answer...
